The hotel offers basic amenities and value for money, with rooms that have bathtubs and a beautiful view. Additionally, its convenient location makes it easy to explore the nearby souvenir center and enjoy a visit to Taman Safari.

Everything was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Mountain view we've seen while we had breakfast is very amazing

The f & b staff at the restaurant seemed not ready to service the guests when we had buffet breakfast. They run out of food and not fast enough to refill the food or drink at dinning table. Even I must share plate and glass with my husband since there are no clean one ready

I recently had a great stay at this hotel with my husband. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room rate was affordable and we received good service from the attentive staff. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and we particularly enjoyed the nice view of the surrounding palm trees. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to shops and only a short distance from Taman Safari.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I like the hotel because my nephews&nieces enjoy the swiming pool. My friend's daughter too.

The bathroom need to improve. The breakfast menu were good but not attractive in presentation and the cofee house looks messy. I think the price should be a bit lower then yr offer.

Spacious rooms, easy parking, strategic location, friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner.

Bed and air-conditioning was surprisingly adequate for comfort (the temperature of the area itself was cool enough to go without air-conditioning actually)

Hotel caters more for the locals rather than international travelers. The location is only good if you're planning on visiting the Safari. Otherwise, it is better to stay nearer to the Puncak Pass area where the scenery (the tea plantations) is better.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Taman Safari and surrounded by palm trees, and there were some shops nearby too. The facilities were great, especially the kids' playground and swimming pool. The hotel was clean and tidy, and we were happy to find a private parking area for our car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed watching TV in our room, functional and had a good selection of channels.

nice swimming pool for children, close to the hotel cottages. Nice cottages. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings to go to.

The hotel had a great location, close to shopping areas and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and sheets. The pool was a nice escape from the city heat, and provided a relaxing place to lounge during the day.

The hotel was lacking in certain amenities, such as toiletries, and the staff did not provide much help with our concerns. We were disappointed to find out that there was no elevator in the building, which made it difficult to bring our luggage up to our room.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taman Safari and surrounded by palm trees, giving it a lovely ambience. The rooms come with a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and a great way to start the day.

Some minor improvements can be made to enhance the overall experience.

Located in a serene area by the palm trees, the hotel is close to Taman Safari and shops. the rooms are tidy and the bathrooms are well-maintained with adequate soap. the staff provides great service and tasty breakfast. the private parking and the swimming pool are some facilities to delight in.

It's a shame there is no lift available with limited mobility.
